At Insiya Ethnics, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Products showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not qualify for return or exchange:

  • Customized or altered sarees
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events
  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Product images (if damaged or incorrect)
  • Reason for return

Our support team will guide you through the return process.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Store credit
  • Alternative product exchange
  • Refund option

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Important Notes

  • Slight color variations may occur due to photography lighting and screen settings and shall not be considered defects.
  • Insiya Ethnics reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
